We offer hormone replacement therapy with pellets to optimize your hormones and help you feel better.  We also offer the EMSella chair to help with accidental dribble and the EMSculpt Neo to help reduce fat AND build muscle at the same time.  We do  not accept insurance.  You can pay by cash, check or credit card.  We now offer financing with Cherry!

Services

Hormone Replacement Therapy - Do you feel tired all the time, have dry skin, brittle nails, foggy memory, constipation, low energy, elevated cholesterol, brain fog, cold hands & feet, weight gain, bad sleep, joint aches or seeing no results in the gym?  Then come and talk with me about optimizing your hormones and feeling better!


EMSella chair - Do you accidentally dribble a bit every time you laugh, sneeze, cough or jump?  Using the EMSella chair 6 times can help make that go away!  Treatments take 28 minutes and are initially done 2 times per week for 3 weeks.  97% satisfaction: Hands free: Stay fully clothed.  This chair is also used for men with erectile dysfunction along with pre and post prostatectomy.


EMSculpt Neo - Used on abdomen, flanks, buttocks, thighs, biceps, triceps and calves.  Only machine that will increase muscle mass by 25% AND decrease fat by 30% on average.  It feels like intense muscle contractions with a heating sensation, comparable to a hot stone massage!  Treatments in 1 area are 30 minutes in length for 4 sessions scheduled 5-10 days apart.  No downtime!  


EMSculpt Neo Functional Wellness - Helps with joint pain!  Can help with pain from carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, knee pain, shoulder pain, any pain on arms or legs.  Also help with muscle atrophy, prevention of DVTs and increase range of motion!  Treatment can be done anywhere on arms or legs for pain relief.  Treatments are 30 minutes in length and can be done every 3 days.


Sick Visits - Have a sore throat, ear pain, sinus infection or UTI?  Come and get tested at Koa Health for strep or UTI.  Can treat infections with antibiotics and skip the wait at an urgent care or not being able to get in with your primary provider.  Unable to test for covid or influenza at this time.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Optimizing your natural hormones

Initial Consultation - 60 minute appointment

FREE consult $150 for labs $30 lab draw fee

FREE consultation!  If interested and want to proceed, fee is for lab panel to be drawn that day.  

Annual Lab Review & Pelleting - 60 minute appointment

$200 consult $375 females $765 males

Review all lab results in depth and go over recommendations and dosing.  If you want to proceed, can administer pellets same day. 

6-8 Week Post Pellet follow up - 30 minute appointment

$150 for labs $30 lab draw fee

Get post pellet labs drawn to see the start of optimizing your hormones.  If you are feeling no change in your symptoms and your labs are low, a boost of pellets will be given for FREE at a later appointment after lab results return.

Boost - 30 minute appointment

FREE

Review post-pellet labs, compare with initial labs and receive a boost of testosterone or estradiol pellets if needed.

Trough Labs

Female - $85 or $100 labs Male - $100 or $115 labs $30 lab draw fee

Trough labs will be drawn before next pelleting to determine your next dosing and see how your body used the pellets.  This is done for the first year.  After that, labs are drawn annually.  Lab panels are divided into patient on thyroid medication and those that are not.  Option to repeat full initial panel is available.  Also has option to add on additional tests per request.

Repeat Pelleting

$375 Females $765 Males

Females repeat the pelleting process every 3-4 months.  Males repeat the process every 4-5 months.

Complications - 15 minute appointment

If anything looks or feels wrong, schedule a complications appointment to have the area looked at and treated if necessary.

Repeat appointments are included in package per area.  This appointment type is used to reschedule an appointment that is already booked.  Can do one treatment on an area, but results are seen after a minimum of 4 treatments to same area.  Package is required first.
