Koa Health is a cash pay only business and does not accept insurance plans.  There is an option to have a receipt printed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you would like to try that route.  Hormone replacement therapy is considered an elective treatment, therefore, it is not covered by insurance.  We do accept cash, check or credit card as payment at time of service.  We also recently were approved for financing with Cherry!
